1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using VibeCraft (the "Extension") or accessing vibecraft-app.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use VibeCraft.

2. Description of Service

VibeCraft is a browser extension that analyzes the visible content of your AI coding platform (such as Lovable, Bolt, or Cursor) and provides AI-generated suggestions to help you build more effectively. The service includes:

• The VibeCraft Chrome extension
• The VibeCraft backend API (hosted on Vercel)
• The VibeCraft website at vibecraft-app.com

3. Permitted Use

You may use VibeCraft solely for its intended purpose: to improve your software development workflow on supported AI coding platforms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the service to transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute VibeCraft without permission
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the API

4. Subscription Plans

VibeCraft offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans ("Boost" and "Turbo") provide increased usage limits and additional features. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

VibeCraft and all associated intellectual property — including the Extension code, website content, logos, and API — are owned by VibeCraft and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimers

VibeCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that suggestions generated by VibeCraft are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific project. AI-generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified developer before implementation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of VibeCraft at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
